The focus of our Chapter is to provide an out-of-the-classroom experience that gives students, regardless of their major, an enhanced knowledge of the public relations field. Our focus on professional development, philanthropy and engagement is centered on the success of our members.

Email: elizabethlaraescudero@gmail.com

Texas Tower Public Relations was originally chartered in the late 1960s by Dr. Alan Scott. The organization began as a part of our Public Relations Campaigns course and was called the High Noon Agency because its members met at noon in front of the bell tower.Texas Tower Public Relations is a fully operational, student-run public relations firm on the University of Texas at Austin campus. Texas Tower was originally chartered by the Alan Scott Chapter of PRSSA and still holds strong ties with the organization. The goal of Texas Tower Public Relations is to provide students with hands-on experience in the field of public relations, while at the same time providing quality public relations work for Austin-area non-profits.
