Ryan McShane is an account supervisor at Tattoo Projects, located in Charlotte, N.C., where he manages client relationships, develops brand strategies and oversees creative projects.

McShane has a strong background in leading media strategy for client-partners surrounding event sponsorships, including the Super Bowl, BCS National Championship, NCAA Final Four, MLS Cup, FIFA World Cup Qualifying and Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.

During his time at Arkansas Tech University, McShane was appointed to the PRSSA National Committee, as the Student Society's editor-in-chief. He met his first employer, Taylor, at the PRSSA National Conference in 2007 and has since paid forward service to students and young professionals through speaking opportunities and his pre-professional development blog, footprints (ryanmcshane.com).

In 2012, McShane was honored at the Plank Center’s Milestones in Mentoring Awards for "demonstrating the power of leadership through mentoring." Two years into his career, McShane received PRSA Charlotte's Young Professional Award for "exemplifying strong professional capabilities, leadership qualities, service to the public relations community and a respected character."

McShane actively contributes to PRSSA's FORUM and is a regular judge for the Teahan Awards, the most prestigious honors a PRSSA Chapter may earn.
