Lizzy Guyton is currently the communications director for Governor Charlie Baker (R-MA) and has spent her career as a communications professional for Members of Congress and on high stakes congressional campaigns in New Hampshire and Indiana.  A native of Rowley, Massachusetts, Lizzy graduated from Governor Dummer Academy in Byfield and studied at Union College in Schenectady, New York where she majored in English.  After working on a successful senate campaign in New Hampshire, Lizzy worked for Sen. Kelly Ayotte in Washington, D.C. and later moved to Indiana to head up communications for Congresswoman Jackie Walorski in Indiana’s Second District.  After serving as Walorski’s communications director for her first term in office, Guyton headed back to New England to serve as communications director for Scott Brown in a high profile senate race against incumbent Sen. Jeanne Shaheen in New Hampshire.  In 2015, Guyton was hired as press secretary for Governor Charlie Baker where she specializes in media relations and crisis management.  Guyton resides in South Boston and is an avid runner, currently training for the Marine Corp Marathon in October.
