Suzi Brown is Vice President, Communications for Disneyland Resort, overseeing internal, external and executive communications. She has been with Disneyland for 11 years.

In her role, Suzi works closely with resort leaders to develop internal communications strategies and plans designed to engage and inform more than 30,000 Disneyland Resort Cast Members. She also oversees media relations, reputation/issues management and crisis communications and works closely with the PR and Marketing teams to develop integrated communications campaigns and strategies to build reputation, drive the business and position the Disneyland Resort as an industry and tourism leader.
Prior to joining Disney, Suzi’s experience spanned two decades, with key communications roles at Anaheim Elementary School District, Carl’s Jr. Restaurants and the City of Anaheim.
She received her degree in communications, with an emphasis in public relations, from California State University, Fullerton, where she has been honored as a distinguished alumna.
A longtime volunteer, she currently serves on the Disney VoluntEAR Leadership Council and the Resort’s Diversity Resource Group “CastABLE,” which promotes respect, equality and appreciation of people with disabilities. She also is the Board Chair for the Orange County nonprofit RAD (Rising Above Disabilities) Camp.
An Orange County native, Suzi and her husband, Michael, have two adult children.
