Additionally, Barjon led communications for Lifetime Television’s executing Public Relations and Corporate Communications for the network’s original movies, television specials and public affairs campaigns. She has also led Public Relations, Repositioning and Branding Strategies for NASCAR, Ford Motors, Bentley and the Olympics to name a few. Barjon is a trusted adviser to America’s top leaders and global influencers from the world’s leading corporations to leading global humanitarians to top entertainers.

As an industry game-changer, Barjon has now launched multiple global, award-winning campaigns. At only 24 years old she was hired to spearhead the national launch BET.com and by 26 she was already representing some of the biggest names in the industry. She later started The R Agency, an independent agency with billionaire business tycoon, Michael Roberts, where she helped brand and manage a $900 million dollar portfolio.

Also recognized as one of the nation’s leading crisis and positioning practitioners and has been called to be on hand for some of country’s most high profile crisis situations, including strategy and state of emergency communications for race relations and investigations including most recently, Ferguson, Mo., the Baltimore riots, the Charleston 9 shootings and deaths of the Chattanooga Marines, to name a few.
